can i flip a brother HL-2140. samsung hl-1610 laser to fit my locker?

I wanted to bring my laser printer to school and be stored in my locker as we do our thesis, i only have the monochrome laser printer but the only way the printer can fit, is if i flip it 90 degrees, as my locker is only vertically big and most laser laser are horizonatly wide. Will the toner or any other parts spill if i do this?!?

1. You cannot flip the machine vertically. You are correct, if you do this the toner will spill and make a mess in your locker and possibly damage the printer.
2. If you sit it on it's BACK you should be OK, BUT it is NOT designed to sit that way, so I'd have to advise against doing so.
