samsung laser printer "SCX -4100 shows the message "jam 1 or no catridge" ANy idea?

samsung laser printer "SCZ-4100". While printing, it gives a message "Jam 1 or no catridge". As such there is such jam and cartidge is there in the printer . Pl give solution

1. sounds like a sensor problem. If shutting it down cancelling print jobs and restarting doesnt help I would say take it to be looked at good luck source work in repair shop
