HP Store Online

bought a new HP laptop. & told the store to install everything for us, then now when I turn it on it dont work

all i see is a black screen & the mouse. but then it says, to install the internet connection or whatever. but idk how?

1. Return to the store and get them to fix it.
2. Box it up as quickly as you can and return it to the store. I would ask for a refund and go somewhere else to buy a replacement.
3. If you don't have the restore CDs then take it back and get it fixed.
4. Okay, there a cancel button or anything? if not, then find part that says keep my isp, and click ok. thus wifi for the win.
