Are Konica Minolta Pagepro 1350w printers compatible with Macs?

I am setting up my old laser printer from my old computer (a Dell Notebook) to my iMac. I tried installing it, but when I attempted to print something to it, the printer sent my Mac false info. ((Ex. saying things like, "page one complete" while the printer was just sitting there.)) The warning light was and has been off, so I don't think it's the printer. My Mac didn't say anything about having to install a driver, and it didn't for my other printer either, which works fine, but it is not working. If anyone can help me with this, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Julia.

1. If you are running the Mac OS then I'm afraid it isn't compatible. The website only shows that it is supported in Windows 98 through XP.
