XEROX 6200DP Question?

My XEROX 6200DP on my network is not printing its colors correctly. The colors are all off, in particular the yellow, which seems to have red mixed into it. I also have a XEROX 6250 on the same network, and it seems to be printing just fine. I have tried using every color scheme, resetting the printer, printing from different computers, etc., but nothing seems to be making a difference. Any advice?

  1. It sound to me that your cartridges are contaminated, get new ones but have a printer tech clean and tune up the printer for you or you will run into the same problem soon.
