I have a Xerox Phaser 8560 and I put in new ink for all colors and it is still not recognizing the Yellow ink?

Has anyone come across the same problem and figured out what the solution is? I have a tech coming out tomorrow but I don't have the time. My company depends on this printer. The ink is original or it looks like it from the outside. It came in original Xerox boxes and the #'s for each match up.

1. try a power on/off reset and see if that helps. Sometimes they have a special chip to prevent refillings- But if it works, (ignore the fact it can't recognizing it), then keep it running. :)
