I use a xerox phaser 8560 and it re formats my Excel pages to where the print on multiple pages.?
I use a Xerox phaser 8560 to print my color Excel documents. If I print them on my HP 4050 they print fine. (1 page = 1 page) Printing on my Xerox requires that I select that printer and manualy format my page so it all fits on one page. If not, 1 page could = 3 pages. Why would selecting a different printer change the page formating?

- i would guess that there is something wrong with your print driver. see link to xerox support another idea might be to check to see if you are using 8 1/2 by 11 letter size and not the European A4 size good luck
- Because the Phaser 8560 has different margins than the HP. If you select your printer to print your document, but do not print, save the changes it wont do that.
