What is the best and most affordable printer that I can buy to print quality color sticker labels?

I am starting a natural beauty product line and I would like to print my own labels. The labels will be the sticky kind to stick on to bottles and such. I am looking for a sturdy high quality printer, but I have only about 500 dollars at the most to spend on this. What would be my best bet? Thanks!

1. I have a Lexmark X3470 that I bought a Walmart for slightly under $100 that works very well. As well as normal paper printing tasks I print CD labels quite regularly and it handles that quite easily so that might be one to look into.
