1. Buy them. My experience with refilled ink cartridges is that it affects the printing quality so badly (skips in printing) that it is hard to repair and clean it.
2. I always buy the OEM. It comes with a box to send the old cartridge back to HP too. It's the best bet, never had a problem. Shop around, check out Amazon and get free shipping!
