What is the best at home color printer to buy?

I don't have a lot to do at home on the computer, but my printer was broke in a home move, an old ink jet color printer, really all I needed, but what can I get know with a couple more features for a bargain? How about fax, copier, scanner features, and how about the ink prices? They fast become a real decision in this stuff? I know, bargain hunter... but, who isn't?
