Can laser printers print good quality photos?

I'm thinking about investing in a color laser printer and seeing if laser printers can print good photos. I have an Epson RX500 and I've printed photos on it, but the quality wasn't so great. Also is it worth it to get a laser printer?

2. you mean any colored laser printer or any brand, as of now based on my expierence , if you like a better colored picture printout for good quality photos get any hp photosmart than any colored laser, nothing compare good pictures in ink cartridges than powder laser
3. No doubt, laserjet printers are the best printers, but the cost will very high when compared to officejet, deskjet or photosmart. DO not go for all-in-one printers.
