What is your favorite brand of black laser printer?

I have read lots of places that Brother is really awesome. http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=206615074&loc=0 I have heard the HP is good as well, but there toner refills seem crazy pricey

1. I've been happy with my lexmark. It does duplex printing, gets hundreds of sheets per toner and i can find 3rd party toner replacements that work for 30-45 bucks. Much better than my old inkjets. It printers fast as well. Lexmark 250dn is what i have and it plugs into my network for network printing as well.

5. I agree with Mikel. HP printers are wonderful, but not only do they cost more up front, but the toner is about twice what Brother toner costs. I'm particularly fond of the Brother HL2040 or 2070DN (Duplex/Network). They are reasonable and the cartridges can be purchased for about $35.
