HP Laser Printer 1020 problem light is on?

Lately, my printer has had a paper jam, so I pulled out the toner to get to the jam, and removed the paper. After i put the toner back into the printer, the orange light kept on blinking and wouldn't allow me to print. PLEASE HELP !

2. first u delete all prints its not work restart windows den remove d usb cable n re-install it it also not work u jst del ur printer driver den re-install dirvers if all not work so jst check in printer there r any paper in it check carefully
