Where can i find the amount of toner that is supposed to go into laser cartridges?I wante?

I wanted to know the amount of toner going into laserjet cartridges like hp 96A, hp 12A, etc. Please help.

1. Weigh the cartridge before you install it then weigh it after it is exhausted. That should do the trick. If you're in a real hurry then call HP, I'm sure they'll tell you.
2. Go to hp site and look for the spec. of toner. Go to ebay many have detail descriptions of their product, you can ask the seller a question.
3. HP is NOT going to tell you how to refill their toner cartridges, they'd rather sell you a new one. You need to contact a company that refills laser toners. we refill inkjets only, sorry. check your yellow pages for a refiller in your area, you should be able to find one. good luck, hope this helps.
4. You may want to avoid refilling toners yourself. The toner dust is somewhat toxic and it should be done in an incredibly well ventilated area, we used to use a chemical fume hood. They usually need to be weighed out to the 100th of a gram, you also need to ensure that no dust or debris gets into any other portions of the cartridge.
