How to disable printing self-test page by HP laser 1022?
At our office users keep pressing the ok button needlessly, causing the printer to print self test pages. This wastes toner and paper. We have three such printers and daily around ten pages are wasted. Is there an option to disable this through settings?

- Its a tricky one, on some printers you can lock the control panel thus preventing this but you need WebJet Admin. On printers such as the 1022 this may not be possible "but" sometimes you can find the PCL codes to send to the printer to get it to do things like this but I can't locate a PCL command for this. It might be worth posting a question on the HP Itrc forum - there are some guys on there who are good on PCL commands - you might strike lucky. the link to the monochrome laser printers is - http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/categoryhome.do?admit=-682735245+1188499936633+28353475&categoryId=219
