1. I'm not sure what the place is called exactly but you can used recycled ink cartriges. Recycled ink is empty ink that people turn into office supplie sotres such as office max or staples and they turn them into a place that refils them. You can also get them refiled at drugstores sometimes. They work just as well as regular store bought ones and they are less expensive. I reccomend them and i use them!
2. You can try buying online. Normally this is cheaper and the dealers give free delivery if you buy a certain amount. So save you time and gas money of going downtown to the store :) . You can check out the stores at the resource below which have good discounts for your ink cartridges purchase.
