What is the best brand of printer for successfully refilling ink cartridges?

What type of printer has the loosest/unrestricted system for injecting empty ink cartridges with new ink. I want to be able to buy a special custom glimmery gold ink from a 3rd party company and inject it into my empty ink cartridges. What company/printer model is best for doing this?
