Is there any way to unfreeze my ink cartridges?

I use HP (normal, not lazer) colour cartridges for my printer, which are re-fillable. Problem is that after I picked them up from the store where I fill them, one of them's ink froze in the place where it sprays the ink. Is there any way to unfreeze it without destroying the cartridge or buying a new one?

1. a paper towel damp with warm water in a small dish till u C the ink flow, then let dry b4 u put back in the printer
