How to refill hp q6000a cartridge for hp 2600 laserjet printer?

Do I need any special tools apart from the toner? what are the exact steps?

1. refilling a cartridge is not advised. It gives poor quality prints and also wastes paper. No I don't work for the printer company.. just tell you from my personal experience. btw, I just noticed,, you have a laserjet printer. As far as I know, you cannot refil a laserjet cartridge, only the inkjet can be refilled.
2. i dont advise you di it yourself in refillling colored toner for hp , if you like just refill by the professional in your area, yes, it can be refill, but it all depends on how and what kind of toner di they refill in your cartridge. to be sure just buy an original ,sometimes they you save, it will cost you more.
