What brand of black and white small office laser printer is cheaper to operate, Samsung or HP?

Not sure why the Samsung printer is usually way cheaper than an HP and print quality is about the same. Does an HP B/W laser printer have higher yield toner cartridges or is it just a brand thing?

1. I chalk it up to brand thing. Samsung laser printer is cheaper to operate. The print resolution of 600 dpi is sufficient for printing documents, so it's hard to tell apart the differences (if there are any) anyway. Moreso for new models that have 1200 dpi resolution.
2. I like Samsung but if I were you I would get the HP, depending on the model you will get a better yield, parts are a bit cheaper then the Samsung, the HP is much better it was made by Canon, nobody beats Canon, hope this helped and good luck.
3. What brand of black and white small office laser printer is cheaper to operate, Samsung or HP? The cost per page on laser printers is virtually the same for every brand. Alot of the lower end machines are cross branded... Samsung-Xerox-Canon-HP. I would get whichever machine is cheaper.
