How to change a toner on a HP PDC2410 all in one Printer?

I have a HP PSC2410 all in one Printer. It is not printing properly. When it prints is is all smeared. I have changed the Ink cartridges but have been told I need to change the toner. How do you do this?Thanks.

1. Though I saw once reference to a "toner" for this printer on the website. It does not have a toner cartridge. Toner is used in Laser printers.
