What could be wrong with my printer 10 points best answer!!? I have an HP color Laser Jet 2065dn. WE have only replaced the cartridges one time after we used the ones that came with it so it hasn't been used to much but we have had it for couple of years. But for some reason whenever we try to print it only prints part of the page. We tried to ping it and (I'll probably be wrong when I say this I'm not to good with computers) it was only connected with the computer until we tried to print something and then the signal just ended. The only way we can print is if we turn it off and back on and it still doesn't print all everything. We have called Hewlett Packard and worked on it for almost a whole day but couldn't figure out what was wrong. After we print it will say printing document on the screen until you turn it off even though its not printing. Any suggestions to try before we get a new one?
