Can i return an item i bought at HP store online and return it to one of its retailers like walmart? Yeah so i bought this thing from the HP online store and its not working but i dont want to go thrrough the hassle of packaging it and getting return numbers and stuff so is it possible to return it to one of its retailers such as wal-mart and bestbuy? Well i have the packaging slip and receipt inside the box they shipped it to me, so would that work as a receipt?

If you ordered a laptop online and received two in the post by accident, would you contact the store? I purchased a £500 hp laptop online and it seems the store messed up a bit, they were supposed to send it out on Tuesday but they didn't, i received on on Thursday which they had sent on the Wednesday and then another arrived on Friday which they sent on Thursday! Do I really have to buy this graphic card/power supply from HP? OK so I want to change my crap integrated video card to something that can perform well during online games. I went to HP online help, and this is what the guy ended up saying... "You will have to purchase a nvidia GeForce 7600GX PCI Express X16 video card and a 350W power supply. The video card is available locally, however, their compatiblity and performance have not been test with the computer. And I would recommend to purchase the power supply from HP because the power supply dimensions should fit in the computer chassis." Is this legit? I tried finding that exact video card model on google and I couldn't find anything. He said the card would be $100, and the power supply would be $50. The only way to order it through HP is over the phone, and I don't really wanna do that, I'd rather go online or to a store for it. Why are online photos and videos appearing in really bad quality on my laptop? Recently, for some reason online photos and videos are appearing in very bad quality on my laptop. I haven't knowingly changed any settings or anything like that. Photos and videos that I have stored on the laptop are fine, it is just online that image quality is really bad. Looking for HP dv9000 part? I am looking for a part for my husband's computer...he has an HP dv9000 entertainment laptop. The broken part is the hole where the ac adapter plugs into the laptop itself. I don't know what it's called, let alone the part number. I've contacted HP but am waiting for a response. Basically I had someone check out the computer, and the only thing that's wrong with it is it won't power on when the computer is hooked up to the adapter because he used to pull the adapter plug out and twist with such force...so now it won't hold a charge. so that's the part that needs replaced. where can i buy a brand new HP Ipaq hx4295 at a cheap price? say around $300 or less? or know of any sale or any store where I can just pay by installment with 0% interest.. I try to avoid shopping online, shipping takes too long.

What stores are selling the HP TouchSmart PC? I've been looking to buy a new desktop, preferably the new HP TouchSmart PC. This computer is great all around. Only problem is, I live in a place that has little to no stores that specialize in electronics. I'd hate to order online and risk having something happen to the computer during shipping, so does anybody know exactly what stores have the HP TouchSmart PC? I'm looking at Sam's Club, Staples, and Circuit City -- all within a 60 mile radius. Any help at all would be appreciated!

Inexpensive Desktop for Online School & Everyday Use? I have an HP laptop but its too slow for me when I am doing my homework. It has an AMD processor and I heard Intel was a much faster processor, but there's so many to chose from! I go to NAU Full time and all of my classes are online! I use my computer everyday for school work and then my husband uses it when he gets home to burn CD's. We would really like a fast computer, but dont want to go overboard since we only use it for school and everyday usage. Any ideas on what type to get, or any websites/stores that offer cheap, but good computers?
